Oranges And Lemons

....Say the bells of St. Clement's.

Right, now I have that out of my system, let's get on with today's post.

We have a little colour coding going on here with these two moisturisers I've been reaching for on a daily basis. We are in citrus central, people. Citrus conjures up thoughts of all things  brightening and revitalising and that is exactly what these two products offer.
I've been dividing my time between two day creams and they're proving to bring the bright and my face is thanking me.

To begin we have the first of the lyrical inspired duo, the orange- Origins Ginzing Moisturiser. A new favourite of mine and cause for quite the conversation in the beauty community this pot of zingy, orangey goodness is a dream to apply. I really like the texture of this, a hybrid of a serum and cream with a light consistency that absorbs into the skin in an instant. The scent is to die for, we're talking full on Terry's Chocolate Oranges without the calories. This one does exactly what it says on the tin, energising? Tick!

And that leaves us with lemon, in the form of Garnier's Mositure Match for Normal Skin with SPF 20. Uninspiring? Yep, but this bottle really brings it and all things great and small deserve a holler when they're working. A good 'everyday' moisturiser, the light formula hydrates the skin and this little tube has packed in an SPF20 therefore cutting out the need for an additional product. The squirty-capped compact tube keeps things neat and tidy and would be perfect for travel.

Have you tried either of these moisturisers?
